NOTE: Must be 14 to work as a referee under NYS Child Labor Laws. USA Hockey allows players who are 12 or older to register. Players turning 14 during the season should contact the above RIHOA members about how to start before age 14 (i.e. get certified and then be scheduled the weekend after they turn 14).
