Empire Petition

Instructions

Use the Empire Petition to request an exception to an Empire Rule. Completely fill out the form and give sufficient information for Empire to discuss and vote on your request. The process to discuss and vote may take several weeks.

Please realize Empire must consider your request carefully because while granting your request may make sense for your child but may not be in the best interest of hockey and may be in violation of USA Hockey, NYSAHA and/or West Section rules.
