When was the last time your child played in Empire? Most players were in Empire in 8U, however most players who petitioniing have played Empire in past seasons.

We have read and understand the information on the Midget Travel Petition page. We understand that no petitioning player will be considered until after High School Tryouts have completed. We understand that if a position on a 18U Empire Team is offered and accepted, we must contact our current org's Registrar and have our player removed from the Midget Travel Team USA Hockey Roster and that he/she may not play for this team again this season.
