EAHC Board Meeting Info

EAHC Monthly Meetings:

Held on the 2nd Monday of each Month @ 7:00 PM at Bill Gray's Ice Arena. See the events listing for exact dates of every monthly meeting.

Disciplinary Hearings may be held prior to each meeting at 6:30 PM

Meetings are open to all. Agenda items and requests to speak should sent to the Empire President, VP and Secretary one week before the meeting date. Meetings are generally held in the conference room opposite Rink #3 at the Ice Plex.

General Meeting Schedule:

May - Spring & Summer Meetings are for discussion of rule changes and planning

   Commissioners are invited but not required

June - Final EAHC Calendar set including Scheduling Meeting details

July - Rule Changes & Planning

August - Commissioners determined, planning begins for Scheduling, Finalization of Rule Changes

September:

2nd Monday: Monthly Meeting (Preliminary Team Counts due).

3rd Monday: Petitions for 10U levels & 12U Team Data is due to make scheduling plans.

4th Monday:

           Final Team Counts are Due. Petitions are reviewed and decided if not already done by e-vote

           Final Divisions are set. Division Scheduling assumptions set for 12u.
